hello guys...hardly ne1's gon visit my site but ill update neway...

neay i went to shenzhen on saturday....boooooring.....then we got to the hotel yay!!! i started jumpign on it and stuff then i heard a crack so i stopped..neway pretty nice cosi went shoppin n i bought sum dc shoes..dunno if it was fake but im pretty sure it is (shenzhen, wot else)

neway i cant be bothered to write nemore ...oh yeah i gained another 3 kilos on holiday so im trying to eat less and bike ride more....hopefully gonna lose sum pounds and hopefully and i get off the sofa myself (it's relli hard wen ur 70 kg)

about today...it was fine...atec was gr8 - made veggies in portuguese sos...damn i had to hide it frum every1 lol it was yummy....

im gonna go watch jhon doe now and eat dinner so cya l8er....
